Payment Method
Our site accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card
Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and JCB brand cards.
Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome, you can make payments using your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.
Apple Pay
On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari.
On the payment screen, select Apple Pay under Express Checkout.
PayPal
You can pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account (direct debit) registered to your PayPal account.
Convenience store payment
You can pay at a convenience store using the payment number issued when you place your order. Anonymous payments are possible, and payments can be made 24 hours a day, 365 days a year at convenience stores across Japan.
We accept payments at the following convenience stores.
Family Mart, Lawson, Seven-Eleven, Ministop, Daily Yamazaki, Seico Mart
Pay Later

Shop with just your email address and mobile number.

Multiple purchases can be paid for together by the 10th of the following month.
When you sign up for PaydyPlus for free, you can take advantage of features like 3 deferred installments with no fees* and monthly budget settings.
*Only direct debit and bank transfer are free of installment fees.
**3 installments deferred payment requires registration the first time you use the service. Also, it is only available for purchases of 3,000 yen or more per transaction.
QR payment
Supports PayPay and LINEpay.
About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery time: 2-4 business days from order
Shipping fee: Free shipping nationwide (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)

Delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa will cost an additional 500 yen on top of the regular shipping fee.

Please note that in some cases, we may change the shipping company to a comparable carrier without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we cannot generally accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Return and exchange conditions
If you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, we will exchange it for a new product only if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Please note that we will cover the return shipping costs for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
*The listed sizes are basically measured flat, so there may be some slight errors.
*Overseas products may not have as strict product standards as Japanese products, and the sewing and construction may be poorly done.
*Depending on your monitor or display environment, the color and texture of the actual product may differ from what you see on your screen.
